“This property was immaculate. Communication was above and beyond. Great travel tips on the chalkboard inside the kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen. Bikes in the garage. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our boys loved having their own tvs in the bedrooms. Easy 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. Would stay here again on our next OC visit.”

“Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine.”

“Property is clean and steps from the beach. Fully stocked with coffee, kitchen supplies and linens. Didn't realize dogs weren't allowed on the beach after May 1st, but that was our fault and just worked around it! Thanks for a fun weekend getaway!”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Carpenter Alley Cottage in Saint Michaels! The location was perfect -- walking distance from everything! Appreciated that there was a ground floor bedroom for my parents so they didn't have to climb the stairs and my daughter loved having her own bunk bed room! “This house was just perfect! We went to Ocean City for a long weekend trip withmy extended family. This is a very nice house on the bay with plenty of room. We especially loved the 2 king size bedroom, it worked perfectly for 2 couples. The deck was great. We got crabs one afternoon and were able to enjoy them in the roomy screened porch. The place is very clean and well kept. The owner was very quick to respond and very accommodating with the one issue we had at check in. We'd love to stay here...

“The house was a great location right by the bay with kayaks and bicycles to use. Convenient to both Chincoteague, a half hour drive to the refuge and Assoteague within 45 minutes. Watched the Wallops rocket launch from the balcony. House was very clean and the renovation was well done down to the detail. The kitchen facilitated everything we needed for daily meals. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. A great experience for our whole family.”

“Great place, clean, close to beach. Check in required to go to property mgt company for a key (door has code to use). Need to return key on way out of town. Seems unnecessary step. No shelves in shower for my shampoo or soap. Had to put on shower floor, odd Need to replace coffee carafe (broken glass), and toaster. Also for such a nice place should upgrade silverware (needs more) would not have enough if 6-8 people stayed.”

“Very comfortable, great location, very cheerful interior decoration, well equipped. Close enough to the boardwalk to easily enjoy the ferris wheel and other rides, and far enough away from the rides to enjoy peaceful days at the beach and quiet mornings on the front porch.
