“The property was unique because the room we had was called the Honeymoon Suite. It had an entire kitchen plus a master suite with separate shower and an old fashioned four legged tub. Plus we had a private balcony and a separate entrance to come and go. Our scene each morning that we woke up to was a river with a pier where my husband fished. Ms. Debbie was pleasant, sweet and a perfect host who welcomed us with open arms. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a beautiful time.😊”

“This was my furst experience staying in a B&B, and after this it will be hard to stay in a hotel again. The house is absolutely beautiful! If you love old homes, you want to stay here. The architectural details are amazing. The owners were so welcoming and kind. The breakfast was yummy! The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The rates are very reasonable. If I travel back to Salisbury again, I will definitely be returning to Gillis Grier.”

“This was a perfect getaway weekend! The lodge is in a remote area, which is so quiet. We enjoyed kayaking, going for a boat ride with the owner, Gary, and just walking around the village.Peggy stayed in touch with me throughout the time before our visit as well as during the visit even though she was not able to be there for the weekend. Debbie was our hostess and she was wonderful! The lodge is so unique and comfortable.”
