“The room was awful..it had a pink very worn carpet It had poor ventilation and no fan.. a hole in the net curtain, the bathroom had a pink bath that was full of silicone to hide all the cracks, no cold water after leaving it running for ages. I know it's being renovated but builders everywhere and noisy. Good point was the bed was comfy and clean.”

“I knew the hotel was old and would be dated which I was fine with, reminded me of the shining which I actually liked but the room itself I wasn’t impressed at all with. I paid extra for the better room thinking it would be slightly nicer as it says they were recently renovated but that was wrong. The paint was flaking off the walls and lying on the carpet. The windows were filthy and the bathroom was horrible and rusty too. The icing on the cake was the door not closing or locking and the staff...

“When I arrived at around 5:00 pm, I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the reception queue was so long. I had specifically booked a room with a fridge because I have multiple food allergies and need to store my own food, but when I checked, I was told my room didn't have one. I explained this was why I'd booked that room type, but the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing he could do. If I'd had time, I would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere. The room...

“Its a beautiful place and the staff was amazing, friendly and very willing to help, room was clean and the breakfast gave different many breakfast choices to choose from. Great initiative from staff despite the high temperature they ensured there was always ice cubes available for the rooms and offered free ice cream during the day. Very close proximity to the sea, town and other places of interest.”
