“Short walk to nice private beach (shared by neighborhood) that never felt crowded. A/C worked well. Kitchen tight but worked fine and well equipped. Nice to have a dining room. Comfortable furniture.”

Debra was in touch consistently and was very accommodating.The space was clean and the furniture was comfortable. A taller/larger person might have a hard time going up to the bedroom with the 3 twin beds since it is a loft with a narrow set of stairs. But the pull out couch which is on the main level could be easily accessed by anyone. A wonderful space in a quaint...

“We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. ”

“We had a great stay - this was a perfect location, 10 mins to everything in the area. So nice to walk to the bay with coffee in the morning and in the evening for sunset and pictures. Days Market down the street is perfect for breakfast, lunch and local beer, etc. The cabin itself was perfect for a couple of days. We had a major heat wave and can attest to the a/c working perfectly. We traveled with our family ages 8-75. There is only one bathroom but that didn’t deter us and we’re so glad...
