“Obtuvimos la habitación según descrita. Limpia, sencilla, la cama queen cómoda, muy alta para mi gusto pero soy petite 😅. El baño pequeño, limpio y con los productos necesarios. Mi único feedback es la ducha pequeña, no pude evitar mojarme el pelo…así de pequeña. Por lo demás, muy bueno. ”

“Did not send check-in info via text, when I called they said they sent but never and resent, then gave me the wrong room. I booked double bed but got 1 king bed said double bed booking is not guaranteed and the rooms are sold out. However the worse part is the room is full of smoke smell so badly that seems to be a long term smoking room. We had to buy candles and fragrance spray from CVS but still don't help much. ”

“The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”
