“My husband and in laws each rented a cabin for a weekend. The property is beautiful, amenities are impressive, and the food is excellent! We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!”

“The location was excellent, within walking distance of ski trail. Wonderful view of the ski area and surrounding mountains. The fireplace was perfect for the end of the day. Our large family had plenty of space to have fun together or chill alone. We had concerns about the cleanliness and working conditions of some electronics. Our concerns were communicated with the owner, and the response was positive. I am sure with corrections this Comfortable Berkshire Retreat will be a 5 star stay. ”

“It was awful. High priced with add on charges not quoted on Expedia. The whole inn smelled like mold and mildew. We received no housekeeping services. The bathtub had mold stains. Breakfast was a cold continental unless you wanted to pay $15. No writing utensils in room. Plus the $25 a day "resort fee" for use of the amenities. These were not mentioned on Expedia.”
