"When I arrived at the room, I immediately noticed that the toilet was clogged. I notified the staff, and they told me they would move me to a different room—something that NEVER happened. I went to speak with the woman working in the lobby, and she was incredibly rude. She told me that the only thing she could do for me was hand me a plunger so that I could unclog the toilet myself. I told her that I absolutely would not do that, as I had paid for a clean room with all amenities in working order—which was clearly not the case. I am furious about the way I was treated; I will never stay at such a filthy place with such rude staff again. Oh, and I forgot to mention that every time we needed to use the restroom, I had to go down to the lobby, because the toilet in my room was never fixed."
