“Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information. Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway.”

Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel.”

“This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again. “The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.”

“The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good.”

“This place was just ok for a hotel in India. It’s so far up a mountain that access to outside food and drivers are slim, so you are at the hotel’s mercy for pretty much anything. The balcony was nice and so was the view. No ac in this hotel, and no mosquito nets. There was a really old plug in fan in the room though and it didn’t really fit well with the rest of the room. None of the outlets worked. They are the old India outlets, so the front desk had to bring up their converters. Not...

“Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.”

“The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...
