“This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again. “Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel.”

“Very nice hotel. Great staff, super kind. Not much around so it was quiet besides staff calling me twice asking me if I ordered food while I was trying to sleep.”

The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. “Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.”

“こんな所にホテルがあるの？という山の上にホテルはあります。雲の上にいるみたいで、素敵なところです。行くまでの道が狭いので運転手を頼んで周辺に出かけるのが良い。また運転手を手配してくれます。ウェルカムドリンクのスパイスコーヒーは、飲んだだけで癒されます。毎日の朝ごはんは、種類が豊富でおいしかった。朝のガイドつきの散歩、周辺の観光地について教えてもらった。ホテルの中のアクティビティも種類がたくさんあって良かった。スパには行かなかったけれどよさそうでした。ゆっくりしたかったので、いくつかを訪ねてみました。本当にゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました。”

“Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. ”
