“We cannot say enough about what an amazing cabin Denise has provided. We only left for a few hours, but otherwise spent the entire vacation at the cabin, enjoying the decks.There are so many special nuances that are provided at the cabin. You really don’t need to bring anything other than a good book! “To say our stay at the lovely "Rustic Retreat" was everything we'd hoped it would be, is an extreme understatement!Everything was perfect....and so much better than the pictures portrayed . We spent most of our time outdoors...nestled among the ponderosa pines....soaking in the sun and the crisp mountain air. Inside was cozy and intimate....just right for we two. All the amenities were well thought out as well....and Sona was an amazing host.Cant wait to do it again....we will be back! ”

“It was everything we wanted and needed. Sitting outside in the morning watching the deer walk through the yard was amazing. We had plenty of room. Water pressure was excellent! Very quiet and peaceful. The sitting room was lovely lots of games and a tv to watch shows in the evening. So convenient to town . Just lovely! Thank you for offering such an amazing home. ”

“This little log cabin was just perfect for our stay of 6 days. Dave and Karen were awesome with communication even the few months before our stay. We brought our dog which was over the weight limit and Dave and Karen okayed her stay with us. Our truck is very big and had a harder time getting it in and out but we were able to make it work. Tucked into a tree secluded area across the street from the rodeo grounds, right in town. You couldn’t tell. It was peaceful and relaxing. I like horses so...

“Great cabin, location, price and host. All around the best experience! Felt very safe, clean and comfortable. Host was very kind. Extra points for the cool vintage lamps in the bed room (my husband and I talked about them for a solid 20 minutes). Will for sure be booking this cabin again on my next weekend trip up to Pine!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed this dog-friendly cabin within the rustling pines. It really had everything we needed. The rear deck was comfortable and had a convenient place for our pups to go with easy cleanup. I especially appreciated the rolling umbrella that allowed you to choose shade or sun any time of day. “We had a wonderful stay in Josiah and Lindy's lovely, beautifully decorated cabin. The views from the home and deck were just as gorgeous as promised. With three adults and two pups, we had plenty of space to spread out and relax.
