I got this cheap for $100. I figured I would get a weird basic room. I was put in the newly remodeled section (Meadows maybe?) and it was awesome. Super clean rooms, quiet (even with construction remodeling the other sections) and the staff were amazingly awesome. There are beautiful outside pools and areas that close to anyone under 18 at around 10pm. I can say this was WAY better than I was expecting, and the food was great as well. I drove into Topeka to dink off but preferred the hotel instead. Walked around and played some games in the casino too- that was very well kept. Im an avid non-smoker, cant stand the smell. The main area, with smoking, actually was clean and the air circulation was good enough that I didnt have to smell any crap. There was a dedicated non-smoking section as well, but the games I preferred were in the main. If I swing through here again or plan a trip that goes around here, I will for sure be coming back. I didnt have my kids this time, but the whole location is very kid friendly. Amazing stay, staff and food.

It was very nice and clean the only thing I can say is that sheriff's we're waiting for people to leave which I found kinda messed up not everyone drinks every time we left there was a sheriff waiting for u otherwise love the place

Worst customer service, won’t be back !! The lady at the front desk was very rude and didn’t care about us begging her to give us our 2,rooms because we were going to be late to the wedding, (we were late to the wedding!!! )also they made a big deal about canceling the second night for us !!!!

Highly recommend
Great hotel and nice big room. Bed was little uncomfy but ok for 1 night. Room and hotel very clean. Nice pool area and outside hot tubs. Wonderful huge tub to relax in after long day. Great breakfast buffet included with room. Wish they had separate parking area for hotel guests instead of using casino lot, as it was packed.

Good Stay at Prairie Band Casino & Resort.
Another great stay at Prairie Band Casino. Room (received an upgrade) was large with microwave and fridge. Good storage space. Fast and easy check-in/check-out. Super hot water and good pressure in bath/shower. Bathroom vent needs to be cleaned but otherwise, room was clean. Uncomfortable pillows (as usual) buts beds OK. Exercise room a little small; pool looked clean with plenty of towels. Nice area to hang out (it's an inside pool) for a drink as it was toasty and humid. Courtyard closed due to snow.

Another Great Stay
Always enjoy staying at Prairie Band Casino. We had a request for adjoining rooms with one being accessible. When we checked in the request was not known but Haylee did a great job upgrading us to accommodate our needs. We offered to pay the difference bit Haylee said they would cover it. Great customer service!! Room was clean and comfortable (other than the pollows) with lots of room for luggage. Will be back again . Rooms looking into inside courtyard are highly recommended.
