“It's a wonderful place to bring the family. Especially if you have never been camping with children. There is the camper and also more space for tents if you want more space. To get to the river there is a cleared path that opens to a place to camp as well! You get the disconnection we all need with the ability to go to Moose Lake, Duluth and even better we found a place to stay when we visit family. Highly recommend family get away, alone or couple. “This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...

“It was lovely to get a tour from the host and learn about the history of the house as well as the design elements. I’m amazed at the generations that have cared for and improved the space.The space was cozy and made us feel relaxed. Everything was tidy and clean! The fun puzzles about the house were an added bonus and a good way to pass the time! ”
