“The clothes dryer is a fire hazard and needs to be removed. Hand towels/ face washers and the only tea towel supplied were frayed and stained. The outdoor area and BBQ were filthy, covered in cobwebs and unusable. All kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before using. The cleaners(a friendly and pleasant couple) said they’d informed the owner the dryer was broken previously. Beds were fine as was linen and bath towels, floors and bathrooms were...

“There was 2 of us staying for 2 nights (females in separate rooms).Check in was good with very clear easy to understand instructions. The house was easy enough to get to, although if you have accessibility issues, it would be difficult to access due to gravel path and steps 'up' into the house. There's 2 or 3 steps up, to get in the door. The house was very clean, beautifully clean. Was very comfortable.House was definitely family friendly. TV, Netflix was good. We never seen the host/s at all...

“My partner and I booked 2 nights away from Melbourne city for a quiet retreat. Unfortunately, this is not what we got. Although the room was beautiful and larger than your avarage hotel room, the walls are paper thin. The room is essentially an extra bedroom from the apartment adjoining.
