“The layout in a linear condo style made it spacious with all you’d need with kitchen, bed area and bathroom spa. Bed was big an comfortable with a gas log fire that kept the place very warm. Good location near spa centre but private. A short drive into Daylesford. Could do with some good ground coffee and plunger or capsule. Otherwise great”

“We had the most wonderful stay at Clifftop celebrating our recent engagement. The property was absolutely gorgeous and had immaculate views over the valley and tree tops. The perfect place for a couples relaxation getaway ”

“Our family of six adults plus two dogs had a wonderful stay at The Avenues. Silvana, the host, wants to make your stay a good one so the house is very comfortable with plenty of extra towels and blankets and a kitchen fully stocked with plates, utensils etc. The games room was an added bonus. We enjoyed the pool table and there was a lot of other games to play with both indoors and out so families with children would be very happy here. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and hope...

“Very comfortable, dog friendly and great location. We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this large, well fitted out house. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The backyard was good for our dogs - secure, green grass, not large but interesting enough for them to explore.”

“When we arrived we couldn’t open the door Called property manager he gave us few suggestions Luckily neighbors after few attempts managed to open Property wasn’t clean at all According to condition they needed extra time to clean Rubbish bin was full of rubbish fridge wasn’t cleaned Spider Webb all over the house Dust and rubbish under the beds wasn’t touched not before lockdown not after Weather was hot and property manager promised fans but didn’t deliver House is in good condition but...

“We really enjoyed our stay at 270 degrees. It was a great location to Rye township and both Hot Springs. It was very cosy with the wood fire and also split systems. The views from the kitchen and lounge/dining and decking were spectacular. Our only complaint was the squeaky bunk bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms. ”
