Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. “The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. ”
