“The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. The host Amy, was wonderful, only a phone call away if we needed anything. She had firewood organised within two hours of us asking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend Glen Isla to any groups wanting a beautiful Blue Mountains escape.”
