“At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could...

“Lo que no me gusto fue el check-in, tuve que esperar y no estaba muy clara del procedimiento, me dijeron que me sentara el en sofa a esperar. En general el resort esta en buenas condiciones, el buffet del desayuno es buenisimo, el persona super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ofrecen un servicio de taxi que por 600 mil dongs te lleva a los puntos turisticos de la isla.”

“Hotel did not disappoint. Very good location as in between places we wanted to visit. Shops, eateries and market just over road. Helpful staff who helped when our flight out was cancelled. All in all a good hotel to stay at.”

“Amazing place. Big bedrooms with more than the needed stuff. Incredibly comfortable and big bed. Hotel friendly staff is very helpful and attentive all the time, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast is indescribable. I have never seen such a big and diverse buffet. The best option in this area. It's really worth it.”

“Overall satisfied -/ but complete shortage of sun loungers around pool and on the beach By 7 am most are taken and people may not arrive until lunchtime The resolution was for staff to put stickers up saying 30 mins and towels would be moved — didn’t happen ”

“Everything was first class , I am gluten free which is always a little difficult when traveling. There isn’t gluten free dishes on any menus , saying that they did all they could to help out even ordering in some cider so I could have a long cold drink during the day. Personally we would always like to have a lively bar !! ”
