Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Once you go outside you find homeless people sleeping on the steps. Other renters came in for an upstairs apartment after we had 3 good days. They first tried entering our apartment, proceeded to clomp around well past midnight keeping, all of us awake. The next morning we found part of the ceiling had fallen in front of our door. (See photos) I alerted the host immediately. The smell of marijuana began permeating our apartment, not sure which of the other apartments it originated from. We decided to cut our stay short as we no longer felt safe there. The host did not offer any refund for the night I had prepaid them for. The proximity of the apartment to places we visited was great! If only the host had been up front about the neighborhood and surroundings I would have chosen a different property. I would love this unit if located somewhere else!
