The Space:
The Main House:
Originally built in 1925, this stately mansion has been thoughtfully reimagined into a sprawling 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat with 11 beds, including two comfy futons. The Main House features:
- Two fully renovated kitchens with modern appliances and ample space for meal prep and entertaining.
- A grand formal dining room perfect for shared meals and celebrations.
- Four separate living rooms, including a massive third-floor suite with 2 queen beds, an ensuite bath, and a lounge area ideal for teens or a second family.
- A stunning main living room with a grand piano, adding a touch of classic elegance.
- Smart TVs in every bedroom for private entertainment.
- A private hot tub just behind the main house — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The Guest House:
Separated from the main house by a spacious parking pad, the guest house is a private 2-bed, 2-bath suite located on the second floor of the Back House. It features:
- An open-plan kitchen and living room with direct access to a large walk-out balcony.
- Its own private hot tub, ideal for a quiet soak under the stars.
- TVs in both bedrooms and plenty of natural light.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole front house and the second floor of the back house and the entirety of the property with exception of garage in back house.

Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood or to Overton Square/Park, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. It is all part of Memphis' sounds and charm.
