“Great stat!”

“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”

“very nice stay!! the host accommodated me and my needs very well and great communication. i definitely recommend this stay.”

“We would definitely stay here again and our host Matthew was excellent to work with. The place was beautiful and extremely clean.”

“The house was clean smelling, but the floor was very sticky and dirty. The floor in one of the rooms needs replacing. it was nice to have washer and dryer there. Its a convenient location, but I would not stay there again. ”

“The midtown home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for one or two people. The unit was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary amenities such as bathroom soap and shampoo as well as kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable and living room area was comfortable as well. Check in and out extremely easy and communication with management was excellent. They respond quickly to any questions. Air conditioning consisted of a window units in the living room and bedroom. “We enjoyed our stay.”

“We came in for a weekend getaway and needed a comfortable home base in a central location for three humans and two fur babies. This is exactly what we envisioned! Check in was touchless and simple. The apartment is well stocked with essentials, including shampoo! The beds are comfortable with quality linens and plush duvets. Pillows are good quality. Flat screens are in every room. The kitchen is ready for cooking and the dining room table can accommodate six. We didn’t cook, but there seemed to...

“We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend! Thank you so much for having us!”

“Great”

“Super cute little home with a wonderful theme! And the beds were SO COMFORTABLE. Probably some of the best sleep we’ve had in a while!”

“We loved staying in this beautiful home! The location is perfect. We walked every morning in the neighbor and in Overton Park, which is next door. The house was spotless and well maintained. My in-laws (both in their 80's) stayed with us and enjoyed their time visiting Memphis. We will definitely rent this property again! I'm pretty sure my mother-n-law would buy if it is ever for sale (:”

“Yard unkept, weeds as tall as me. Should say it’s a duplex in the narrative because that was a surprise. Hair in bed and all over bathroom. Booked for 4 nights and left after one night.”

“My family and I traveled to Memphis to visit my daughter there. The location was central to all of our activities, the furniture wes comfortable and the outdoor amenities were great fun. Would travel here again!”

“The home was just as described! It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were welcoming and made sure my stay went smoothly. The communication was great! I definitely recommend this property if you’re in the Memphis area!”
