“This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property.”

“I read reviews before booking this property and inquired on 2/14/26 about items that previous customers complained about, such as ripped tattered sofa, no towel rack, closet doors broken. Host response message, Yes, it was fixed; IT WAS NOT. Train track has noisy trains 75% of the day.
