Wonderful place to stay! Clean, comfortable, many amenities, including a kitchen, washer and dryer in the room, and within walking distance to Beale street, the Civil Rights Museum, Blues Hall of Fame Museum, and other must-see sights in Memphis. The host was very helpful, friendly, and great communicator, the room quiet, and we will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Memphis.

Suggest better communication about exterior door code and parking location. Also location was well stocked with exception of rangers in bedroom closet. Location worked well for our activities, really enjoyed The Peabody Duck Walk and eating at Slider Inn across from apartment! Thank you!

Very nice apartment

Loved the location and the address was accurate for UBER drivers. Apartment was very clean and I felt very safe and secure. Hallway's were lit very well. Check in was great and awesome communication with Midtown stays. They were Very prompt and fast responding to general questions. Restaurant downstairs "SOB" very good and since I was staying by myself I felt better with the restaurant guests close by.

Great location.

Great neighborhood. Walking distance to tons of places if you like walking. Convenient restaurant and bar on the bottom floor. Little hiccup with no power in the bathroom but got an immediate response and it was just a breaker. The bathroom sink had a very slow drain and the bathroom door kept getting stuck on the floor and you had to lift up hard on it to shut it. Still a wonderful spot and would definitely stay there again.

Great location, would stay again

My wife and I booked this place for a long weekend getaway. Great location. A few minute walk to Beal Street, short drive to see Elvis, the Bass Pro Shop, lots of local flavor. As listed the area was a bit noisy but the earplug and face mask kit was a great touch. Nice an clean, easy in/out. Having a dedicated space to park made this stay the best. Would stay here again!

Was great as advertised.

I was coming into town for the long weekend with a friend who was also from out of town so we both needed a place to park. Reached out to Tim and they said that there was only one parking spot assigned for each stay which i understood but there was no one else there in the parking spots at the time so i asked if i could park the other car just in another spot where no one was staying for the weekend theu said no and had to park on the street which was full so had to park down the block .. overall the stay was pretty good did get a message from them in the middle of the night saying that we were being too loud although we were in bed at the time after I asked them about that they said that they send that message to everyone just as a reminder so I'm not sure why they would send that to everyone other than that a great place to stay definitely as advertised and for a decent price.

Great Communication and Location

Place was clean and check in was easy. Apartment is located on the third floor and close to restaurants, the Civil Rights museum, Beale Street and other tourist attractions. Trolly runs right in front of the building. As described, apartment does not have an elevator. This place was the best value for the money - especially if you are staying for several days.

Perfect!

Great location and this apartment is fantastic! Love the exposed brick and history of the building. Open concept and layout was perfect. The only things missing were paper towels and a small dresser would have been nice in the bedroom. Overall, you will not be disappointed. Too, the host was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided a list of favorite to do’s during our stay.

Anniversary Stay

We enjoyed staying here. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The communication with the property manager was prompt. We were in walking distance to Beall Street. Graceland was 20 minutes away which was an awesome experience.

The place was extremely clean and very well kept. Very close to Beale street and all the entertainment downtown. I totally messed up and meant to book 2 nights and only booked one. The manager was more than helpful and went out of his way to accommodate me. Can’t say enough good about this place.

Two great nights on South Main St.

The property was very clean with elegantly decorated modern decor, lots of wonderful windows, quiet, and with coffee service. We walked in the area,and had wonderful cocktails in the Peabody Hotel main lobby bar. The weather in Memphis was mild and the AC unit worked great! We ate most meals in The Picaddilly cafeteria in east Memphis. The mattress was super comfy, and the shower/bath tub was pleasant. Excellent choice for a VRBO stay in Memphis! Third floor walkup was not difficult, and automated door security was handy. Parking was convenient and secure. Pleasant and easy walk to overlook the Mississippi River.
