Higbee House, your home away from home and then some.
- Our large, meticulously renovated private home is art filled and furnished with our eclectic style. There are two bedrooms down with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. An additional flex space with daybed is upstairs as well. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Although the house is not ADA compliant it does have wheelchair access on the ground floor. Our home is in the authentic Memphis. As we say, "Midtown is Memphis".

Wonderful property! Great home for 3 couples! Plenty of room, comfortable beds and you feel right at home as soon as you walk in! Great location and easy to get to many of the highlights of Memphis. Highly recommend Higbee house and Stewart is a great host!

Perfect midtown bungalow
This place was perfect! I could drive anywhere in the city quickly - I could walk out the front door and make my way to a brewery, bbq joint or cup of coffee - I wouldn't change a thing about it!

Beautiful Memphis Home
We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, comfortable, and spacious home—perfect for our group! The location was ideal, with restaurants and shops within walking distance and just a short drive to everything else Memphis has to offer. Communication with Stewart was excellent. Highly recommend and hope to be able to visit again!

Great place for Graduation Weekend
We had 3 generations of family members in for Rhodes College graduation. This house was absolutely perfect. Wish I had found this house when my son was a freshmen. It is peaceful, beautiful and well equipped.

Great house & location
Wonderfully decorated and functional house. We enjoyed our stay as we hosted our son’s and future daughter in law wedding in Midtown area. We were close to everything and had a bedroom for each family member that stayed with us.

Fun Family and Friends Stay
We had such a great time staying at the house! It was spacious and the kitchen was up-to-date with all the appliances that it made making dinner fun! Host was responsive and very pleasant. Will for sure try to stay here again in the future!

Amazing Property in Memphis
This wonderful house is beautifully decorated, in a quiet and safe street, very close to fun restaurants/nightlife in Cooper-Young and the owners are just great. Nothing but great things to say about it!! We didn't want to leave!
