“Property was clean and as described. There are three stories and a lot of steps. There is no central air… Only window units. This was not clearly spelled out in the listing. Host was very responsive. We were short on a few washcloths, and when we notified them, they took care of the issue. Overall, we had a very nice stay. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but it was quiet and we never felt unsafe.”
