“The property has a fantastic location, lots of stairs, the property needs gereral maintenance, windows did not close properly very small shower that did not drain well… in our room we had a closet size kitchen but a large living space on multiple levels…A/C worked very well. Staff very friendly and accommodating, parking is public parking about 200 meters away at no cost.”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very clean, lovely spacious rooms, relaxing pool and the best staff ever. Great location in Malia old town with its abundance of local restaurants. Only slight down side was the view from our balcony so would book a pool view when coming again. Was made to feel so welcome with genuine warmth. Special heads up to Joy (the Irish waitress). Will definitely be back.”

“Great property and wonderful staff”

“Not all rooms are beach-facing, as some rooms are in the semi-basement and some are facing the parking. No Condiments (coffee/Tea sachets/milk) in the room. Beach towels can be exchanged only on alternate days. Breakfast spread is good, but every single dish repeats every day. Good proximity to the central strip and safe to head back at night. Lovely beach, great for sunset and free beds included. Overall, an average place. Probably a no-frills budget hotel.”
