“Staff are nice and helpful. The air conditioner wasn't strong enough so they brought me a fan which they did promptly. The room didn't have towels, which I found out after I took a shower. The staff in general are very nice and I feel like it's a solid hotel but they need to double check things like towels and so forth.”

“I had a comfortable stay at Microtel. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. The only thing missing is a same day laundry service. 2 days return is not feasible for most travellers. I hope they can partner with laundromat companies to provide better service for their guests. Will stay there again.”
