“First we got upgraded, so I don´t know how the room would look like if we were not upgraded. But the apartment we got was big, clean, modern and very comfortable. It was also very quiet and no noice around, so we could sleep very well. At the same time just one block away there were restaurants and also close to the beach, about five minutes. “The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively.
The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out.
Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport.

"I had an amazing stay at The Marina Phuket Hotel – absolutely 10/10!
The rooftop pool was unforgettable, with breathtaking sunset views and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, modern, and super comfortable. I loved the location: close enough to Patong Beach and the night market, but still quiet enough to relax.
The staff was kind and always helpful, and the spa and gym were great additions to the experience. Breakfast was tasty, with a nice mix of Thai and international dishes.
If you’re visiting Phuket and want a beautiful place to stay with great service and amenities, this hotel is a solid choice.

"I’m not usually one to write reviews, but for the terrible stay I had it’s necessary. I travelled with my family and during the search for a room I booked a room where it was said “price for 3 adults”, however after making the payment they send a confirmation for 2 adults only, and despite what was said on the website they charge you extra for the third person. In their words you pay for 3 adults but the third adult has to pay extra for the bed? Staff not helpful whatsoever and didn’t accept responsibility for this fault. Overall staff very rude. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t good either. Dirty bathroom with stains on the bathtub and because of the design of the shower the floor gets extremely wet. From the faulty reservation issues, to the extremely rude staff and dirty rooms, I do not recommend this hotel at all."
