“First we got upgraded, so I don´t know how the room would look like if we were not upgraded. But the apartment we got was big, clean, modern and very comfortable. It was also very quiet and no noice around, so we could sleep very well. At the same time just one block away there were restaurants and also close to the beach, about five minutes. I like the pool becuase in the afternoon no sun as it was behind a tall building which shadow the pool. I suppose many people will not like it but i loved...
“Not as fancy as in the pictures but we loved it. Very clean, big room, the Aonang beach was so close to the hotel. Many places to eat and shopping. Night market is a luttle far away walking. For Railay beach the boats are very near. We loved it.”
“The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively.
The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out.
Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport.

“Benz and Ali at the desk were more than helpful. The comforter on our bed had a make up stain from a previous user. The comforter itself had been cleaned. Wish pool area offered bar service.”
“This is cute hotel with a bear theme. The staff of this hotel/hostel were wonderful and always has a smile when greeting guests. It was always a delight to pass the reception desk especially in the morning as they ensured I had enough water or if I needed to have my (private) room cleaned.
The welcome drink was nice surprise. ”
