“The property is “unattended” and the host was not unresponsive in real time and was therefore ineffective. The check-in instructions assume that the guest is already familiar with the property (who knew that there is more than one “tiny house”? I did not) and are therefore a poor guide and resulted in guests being in wrong rooms and a VERY angry and disappointed other guest banging on my door at 7pm blaming ME for all her problems. There is some kind of boring insect in the ceiling above...

“Host was very helpful and welcoming. She left us some snacks and drinks for our arrival. The house was very clean and cozy, with a nice outside area. ”

“The place looks NOTHING like the pictures posted, it’s filthy and decrepit,large roaches roam the kitchen and walls thru out. The fridge has left over food and condiments which are stuck the plastic shelves, the kitchen area also has left over open items.the shower is full of mold with used shampoo and liquid soap.the mattress felt warped with what felt like springs.the exterior resembled an overgrown unattended jungle with no grass and mucky. “Pretty clean place. It was a little tricky to step thru in the backyard if you have a heavy bag so just wear normal shoes when arriving. Fridge/bathroom/bedroom clean and shower had great pressure. Tv worked well and was able to stream church in the morning no problem. Would recommend as a value stay near the Hard Rock Stadium”
