“Very happy with my stay . The cottage was a perfect size , very clean ,and up to date . Most importantly centrally located. Walking distance to many markets and great restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes by car. It’s a great beach and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the grounds were beautiful and fenced in , safe for pets ! The host was great and professional. I would definitely book again!”

“Mike's place was awesome!! The location was in a very safe and nice area. One minor flaw was that I couldn't get the tv to work, but the weather was perfect. Didn’t need the tv... easy check in, place is great for one or two people. Very clean!! I had a chance to meet Mike and he was so pleasant and so accommodating. I highly recommend Mike's place.”

“Check-in was flawless. Room was clean and ready. Private parking and personal entry to the unit was nice. Great outdoor seating area. There is no bathroom sink, but a small kitchen sink outside the BR. Limited kitchen appliances, no stove, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice shower. Shower only has warm water, kitchen tap has hot water. Fast internet and great A/C. Location is amazing. 2 min. walk to beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores. “We needed a quick stopover prior to a cruise and this was a perfect place for the one night stay close to the port. In the middle of a neighborhood in a fenced-in yard we found our quaint place.
