The condo is as described. It’s clean and well maintained. The location is close to beach access. The Stay Today was responsive to all the questions I submitted on the VRBO app.The pool is nice and towels are provided.The gym is well maintained.Issues:TV in the second bedroom didn’t work. This was ok bc my teens could stream on their devices. None of the TVs were smart TVs.Elevators serve 42 floors and can have extremely long wait times. The staff use the same elevators as residents and so the cleaning carts were having to wait as well. Because of the inefficiency of the elevators people would press the up and down arrows hoping for any available elevators and then the elevators stopped at almost every floor needlessly.My husband and I reserved a massage 3 days in advance at the spa which were canceled evening before because they didn’t offer massage services.The unit comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. This is first come first serve. We never were able to get a chair or an umbrella. When we got to the beach they were all taken and there was a line on the beach to wait for the next available. We purchased a beach mat at Walmart.There were charges billed on our credit card by the building. The first front desk staff I approached about it didn’t attempt to help just said she didn’t know. I asked Stay Today and they referred me back to the desk staff. The next staff member helped by checking the computer and confirmed it was an automated hold.

Overall stay was amazing. Great location, walking distance to the beach. Appartment was as showed on the listing. Only down side was the wait time for the elevators and limited kitchen supplies. Will probably come back next year

The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and luxurious. The balcony and view are stunning. The property was lovely- the pools were great, and the beach club too. Unfortunately I lowered my rating of this property significantly due to the horrible experiences we had with the building elevators, of which several were not working and the others were always so packed that we waited over an hour for the elevator to come (from the 25th floor!) every time we had to leave. It was crazy, and also seemed very unsafe to me. People with strollers and young children were stuck on their floors for literal hours because of the lack of elevator service. It was very disappointing. When I voiced concern (along with many others) to the rental company, I was told there was nothing that could be done and that instead of receiving compensation for our inconvenience, we would be welcome to use a credit for a different property of theirs. Honestly, after this experience I don't know that I would stay in another property of theirs again. The building is 43 stories, so having hundreds of guests with only one small functioning elevator is a major issue.

We came to Miami for the Orange Bowl with our son and a few of his friends. We needed more space than a standard hotel room and didn’t want to pay for multiple rooms. This was the perfect set up as the rooms are on separate sides of the condo so our son and his friends could hang out without bothering us. The place was very clean and spacious and well appointed. Althing we weren’t there long enough to use the kitchen or take advantage of the resort facilities, it was nice knowing we had them. The beach was a very short walk across the street and the sweeping ocean views and nighttime lights were spectacular from the large balcony. Location wise I would have preferred to have a few more shops and restaurants in walking distance as Miami traffic is brutal but we managed to make a few Walmart runs and found a great Cuban restaurant down the street. There was also a lot of street noise when the doors were open but it was blocked out when they were closed so it didn’t bother us. Management was very professional ask easy to work with and even checked in on us the day of checkout. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This place was beautiful! very clean and classy with great amenities.Checking in and out was very easy with no issues. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Beyond the glitz and glam that I absolutely loved, was the security. I was so impressed with the security of this building. It was in a very nice area to begin with, but the security they have in place was so wonderful. The condo was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. The location was also amazing. We very easily drove South to a great little gem of a town, Key Biscayne and North just as easy to another wonderful beach town Delray. The Adventura Mall was also a huge hit with our teenagers. Great restaurants and so much to do!!! We had a blast!!! We would definitely stay here again.
