  • Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

    Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

    Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

    Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5
    *********$500 Refundable Security Deposit is required at check in*********

Pros: Location was close to the beach and other places of interest. Parking was provided. Cons: Not much information was given prior to arrival. Limited linens, kitchen supplies were provided. WiFi passcodes expired and needed to be resubmitted multiple times daily.

7h was awesome. It was all your pictures showed it would be with a little bit of age to them. Would have been nice with a bigger tv in this big beautiful living room.

We are very disappointed w this place. Ac not working well, furnitures were ripped and dirty. Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. No TV in the living room. Outdoor furniture completely rusted through. Elevators out of service Urgently need a sanitary inspection . 1 security guard for the front and pool area. Needs a renovation urgently

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a VRBO. It is not the place advertised and they will put you in any Place they want to because it’s advertised as “2bd Oceanfront Master Ste OceanView w/balcony”. Not as shown in picture. There was a cigarette butt under the bed, empty candy wrappers, food laying under the bed and ants crawling around the kitchen. The couch was ripped, and there was blood on the couch. I travel a lot and this was the worst place I have ever been in. Extremely disappointed in the false advertisement and completely trashed room.

The rooms were very spacious, beds were pretty comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. The view was beautiful and the beach access was great. As noted in other reviews there were not many bath towels- we brought our own to supplement. The kitchen was sparsely stocked for a party of 4. The pool had some rust.

Celebrating GF 60th Birthday weekend

Great location for beach and cruising free trolley ride Condo was very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Fullliving room and dining room full kitchen ! Balcony that overlooks the pool and beach! We enjoyed our stay very clean💙

Perfect 3Day Getaway

We had a 3-day stay in our apartment. The location was perfect, between the beach, shopping, nightlife and dining. Very easy access to all activities at a reasonable price and a beautiful view and location.
