Absolutely fantastic property. The owner manager was able to accommodate us for special inquiries. The property was clean as advertised in the pictures. Excellent location close by to all nightlife and activities. Property management was very responsive Insuring our stay was a positive one. Highly recommended if you are staying in the Brickell area.

Great Stay!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Angeles’ property. Check in process was seamless, and the property was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The location was also very close to where we needed to go in Miami. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Angeles was very kind and responsive. The house was great and very spacious. We had three couples stay and we all needed to work during the day and had plenty of space. The wifi was slow at times so just beware if you are planning on working here for a long period of time but we also had 6 people using a lot of bandwidth so if you are just 4 of you working all day it should be totally fine. Overall I would highly recommend!!

Impossible Check in Procedure

The biggest issue with the property was the check in process. First when we came to check in (after check in time) they weren’t done cleaning, thankfully they allowed us to grab the garage clicker so we could store our car while they finished. When we came back was the real issue. There was no key in the lockbox. Worse the manager we were told to call has working hours that end at 3pm. Given check in is after 3 this is insane as there was no one for us to contact about the lack of key. Calling predictably got us no answer. Luckily we remembered the garage clicker and the door through the garage had been left open. If we hadn’t asked to get it earlier we would have been completely locked out! Other smaller issue is that the WiFi was a bit slow and didn’t work at all on the outside balconies making it harder to get work done.

It was the perfect house for our family of 5!

This house is great! It had more than enough space for my family, the house was very clean and everything looked brand new, the location was perfect too, I don't think this location is near to South Beach but that was ok with us because we were going to be mainly on the Brickell area, the rooms were very comfortable and had blackout curtains. The house manager was very nice to us too, she responded very promptly each time, also answered all my questions and shared all the information we needed it.

Awesome February Trip

We had a wonderful time at Brickell Townhouse. The house was immaculate and had more than ample room for 6 adults. The local area had a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Weather was great and easy access to the Miami areas.
