Incredible remodeled chic house with access to the canal, beautiful view, and excellent location near beach.

You will love this place, located in a quiet neighborhood and with a great location walking distance of the beach.
The apartment has all the basics for your stay, with a full kitchen, plenty of storage space, and a nice patio with access to the canal.
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

The pier is no longer under construction, therefore the backyard can be used by our guests.
Also, mooring the boat at our pier has a cost of $50 per day.

- Extra cleaning fee for dogs of USD200. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate.
- Early check-in and late check-out have an extra charge and should be scheduled in advance.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
