Great Stay!

Perfect for our long weekend stay for Memorial Day weekend. There was 8 adults and we had more than enough room and supplies. Will def stay again!

Nice size rooms . Things to be improved: mattress pads with some cushion, new shower curtains, better more secure locking system on the door with a deadbolt and different locking codes between guests

Family trip to Miami

We appreciated the size and cleanliness of this property. It is newly remodeled and bright and airy. Only wished it was closer to the shops and restaurants of Coconut Grove. The water heater went out during our stay and the property management firm was responsive and adjusted the cost of our stay to compensate for the inconvenience.

Great House

This home was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and the house had everything we needed. I gave 3 stars for the location because it’s a neighborhood that is transitioning. There are a few new homes on the street. No problems with the neighbors though.

The house was confortable, after we talked to the neighbors to ask them to lower the music.All items were as described (except the ironing table with had a broken leg and we couldn't use it).Showers and bathrooms OK, plenty of hot water.

Spacious but not well-maintained

Our family (kids, parents, grandparents) rented Casa Grande for 5 nights in January and had a mediocre stay. When we arrived, the wi-fi wasn't working, the floors were dirty, and there weren't enough towels. These were all resolved quickly (which was great), but in general, the apartment was just not well-appointed or -maintained. Cracked windows, sloppy tiling in the bathrooms, not enough furniture (no dressers, dining table too small for 10 people), and closet doors off their rails contributed to an underwhelming experience. The apartment has a good amount of space, and the bedrooms are all equally sized (so there's no fighting over rooms), but I would not stay here again.

The place was nice , but for the price was expensive for the value . Kitchen didn’t have anything, except plates and cups. Not even salt or pepper. Few things were broken in the place . Over all decent place .

Our stay at Casa Grande was excellent. The house was clean an comfortable. There was one issue (very minor) and I was able to quickly get a hold of the owner and she resolved the issue immediately. The location was great. While it is a neighborhood that is in transition, we always felt safe. Walking to some of the areas in Coconut Grove was convenient. Thank you!

Solid place for a big group but unresponsive host

Place is pretty accurate as the photos in the listing. Has everything you need for a big group. Neighborhood is fine. A few areas that could’ve been cleaned better but minor. We had an issue with locking the door - the keypad would not lock as we were leaving. They mentioned the easiest way to reach out to them is via email, however they also have a phone number. I tried calling and emailing them to help us out — no one answered and I still have never received a response, despite other reviews mentioning that they were responsive. I’m glad we were able to troubleshoot the issue on our own and did not have any other problems for the rest of our stay, however, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. Hopefully that does not happen to someone else.

We stayed here for a weekend get away in Miami! Coral Gables is a great area and it was close to the many sites the area had to offer! The property was nice but only provided the necessities. Spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms

Reviewer Comments: We were in Miami for our son’s graduation from the U and it was a very convenient location. 10 minute drive to campus and a 20 minute walk to the heart of Coconut Grove where the restaurants are. It was very comfortable and clean for our family of 9 people. We had a problem with the internet but a quick text and it was resolved. They also sent a daily email to check in and see if there was anything else we needed. The block is a work in progress with the area being revitalized but neighbors were all friendly (waved every time we walked by) and quiet. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had breakfasts and happy hours together every day during our conference. Great location, easy access to shopping (groceries and everything else), downtown, UofM and a straight shot to and from the airport.

Weekend Trip

This home is perfect! Everyone in my party was comfortable with the rooms and space of the home. Some items were missing however the manager got back in contact with me and fixed every situation. Would definitely stay here again.
