Room was very dated, shower handle was coming off, door was damaged the pull out mattress was terrible no one could sleep on it. Was nothing in the kitchen in terms of glassware and the hotel charged to bring more to the room. Cleaning services were not included which I've never heard of in a hotel before. Definitely would not recommend especially in South Beach where there are so many more stunning hotels at the same price point.

We had a building in front of us that I was not aware we would have. Do the view was a little bit bad, but was not terrible at the same time. One other thing was the main pool was closed for repair. Wish we would have known prior.

I only choose this hotel because it’s convenient for Miami’s best nightclub and we were celebrating my birthday there. For 6 people staying in one room, we were left with one roll of toilet paper for 4 days. We called the front desk to ask for waters, and they told us they couldn’t accommodate us. That we’d have to leave the property to go buy some or order it from uber eats. They couldn’t even sell us some or give us complimentary water at the front desk? I thought the customer service here was terrible.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fontainbleau. However there were some issues with the elevators in my tower being down which was very time consuming. But aside from this I would definitely recommend the property. Safe, clean, and very fun. It's a wonderful location that also has lots of dining options and a lively atmosphere.

When we got to the hotel it was no room for us. They cancelled that with no reason so we were stranded in Florida looking for another hotel.

The room was very clean with an amazing view. The amenities were exceptional. Specifically the pool area. Had to wait one extra hour for staff to clean room before check-in.

DO NOT BOOK. This property is privately owned and operated. Managed by a company called Ero Rentals. STAY AWAY. The washroom was absolutely disgusting. Full of rust, black mold, and mildew. There wasn’t much the hotel could do because it wasn’t booked with them. The rental company was a nightmare to deal with. Didn’t use the shower once all week. Absolutely disgusting.

Really disappointed in the pool area as people left trash throughout the day- including baby dirty diapers under the lawn chairs, plastic empty cups, food and utensils. Kids were unattended by parents in large groups- boys playing unsafe in the kiddie pool and other pool area. Opted out of the daily cleaning fee as this was an extra $190. Our room as clean and bathroom was nice and large. Wish there were more storage for clothes. For the amount of $ that we paid, I expected more and was super disappointed.

Everything was perfect except the parking staff. It is my second time visiting this property and thanks to the parking people I might never visit again! Your car is late, they overcharge and of course you pay cash with no receipt….

We had a great time at the hotel. Beautiful location, great amenities, etc. I had my 3 small kids with me, they had fun. Only reason for 4 stars is the issue we had with mini-bar charges: apparently, every time you wiggle something at the mini-bar shelf (like a gummy bear jar) they charge you. And I am not talking the fridge, I am talking a shelf! Any slight movement equals a charge. So, needless to say, we didnt eat anything from that mini-bar, yet got all the charges. I think it is very petty for a hotel of this price level. Your guests already pay a lot and spend oodles of money at the restaurants, by the pool, etc. No need to use such silly scam techniques to get a bit more out of your guest here and there. And please open the kids playground! Our kids had a blast because they played with my friends' kids. They would be bored if it was just them I think.

The resort itself is very nice, lots of amenities and beach access. The specific room we got however gave us problems the whole time and since it was a privately owned room, the hotel was limited on how they could help or compensate us. The toilet didn’t work the whole time despite multiple requests and “repairs”, outlet by the bed didn’t work and the sitting area lamp didn’t work. This room was too expensive to have those problems, very disappointed. I will not get a privately owned room next time.

Just wanted to explain to anyone else exactly what they can expect. We felt like we were tricked thinking we were renting a hotel room with all the expected hotel amenities like house cleaning but it's more of an airbnb-style rental. I was constantly told by the resort that if I had any concerns to talk to the "owner" of my room, and here I thought I had rented a hotel. We wanted a hotel-style situation with house cleaning and re-stocking of supplies, but that wasn't available to us unless we wanted to pay $100 per cleaning and reserve it 24 hours ahead. We arrived and there was one roll of toilet paper, three towels (for 6 guests for 5 days). They were rude when we asked to bring us more toilet paper and towels. Airbnb style rentals are fine but they usually stock you with plenty of supplies. This place has a kitchen but with no soap, no sponges, no towels, no means for us to clean ourselves. There was nowhere for us to take out our own trash. The hall had a trash shoot, but it was locked, for owners only. Aside from all that, tv and phone didn't work (had to get maintenance to fix). We also found out half way through the trip the fridge only cools to about 55 deg so the food we bought was rotting after three days. TV in bathroom also broken btw, discovered that on the last day. The resort itself is nice, we just felt a little scammed in that we went to "hotels.com" to get a hotel with hotel-style amenities, not a "do it yourself" style rental with no supplies.
