1) it felt weird that the host asked me to send screenshots of the charges on my credit card statement. They also asked to have it texted to them instead of going thru the VRBO site. I sent anyway, they said they got it then 2 days later asked for it again.2) I had no AC for the first 30 hours I was there. It took until my 4th attempt to get it fixed properly. 3) The floor was so dirty my feet were black4) They provide silverware, plates and glasses but no dish soap so I am not sure if people just rince and put them away which does not seem clean. 5) There are only 2 elevators for 34 floors so getting back and forth took close to 30 min each time. 6) Only the first 20 people going to the beach get chairs and towels.7) If you have a sensativity to chemical fragrances this is not the place for you, it is very chemical stinky (migraine causing)8) False advertising (boat pick up from the pool canel available to everyone with resort fee- Boat cost )9) Could not get room service.10) TV very small and did not seem to be a smart TV like advertised.
