I had such a great stay here! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was super nice and relaxing. You can tell they really care about their guests. I truly loved it here and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

There were several issues with the room Check-in and room supplies 1/10: I showed up a little early for check in and the room was not ready. Tried to get early check in but unfortunately that was unavailable which is no big deal. Early check in is never guaranteed. When the room was ready 3hrs later it was not full put together. Missing items: no comforter on the bed, no wash clothes, no soap, no shampoo, no paper towels, only 2 “large” towels in the room. Which were not large towels. The were very worn and used the towels barely dried me off. The bed it self was pretty stiff. Location 3/10: The street that the apartment is located is a bit sketchy and very loud. Once you get off that street the area is a bit better. If you aren’t a deep sleeper the horns and sirens will keep you up. Cleanliness 4/10: The room was somewhat clean but it did seem to be neglected in different ways. Scuff on every wall. Paint chipped in several areas. Staff 5/10: spoke with one employee for 1 minutes to try to get more towels. She was nice. She brought me 2 more “large” towels. She did try to enter the room to deliver the towels while my partner was changing. She did not knock just typed in the code to the door and started to walk in. I had to stop her from coming in the room. Definitely a little unprofessional. When booking this place do not expect hotel quality. It is priced cheaper than other places for a reason. I would rate this place a 4/10

I would categorize this property as more so a BNB than a proper hotel. The place and location worked for this trip. It's just I had to ask they tone down on all the damage fee warnings. As a single individual traveling for business, this was a real turnoff. I would understand if this was in the middle of the city, or a rental during spring break, but it wasn't. This was such a turnoff that I would not stay at this property again.

I wanted this to be a 5 star rating. The location was perfect for what i needed. There was on site parking which was a big savings for the area. The small bungalow style studios were quaint. Here is where it dips below 5 stars. The door handle for the private gate is broken, so you hasp you have

When I got there, the lady that was at the property didn’t speak English so communication was poor in the beginning but she was able to connect me with someone who spoke English eventually. The stay itself was ok, I literally just checked in just to have a place to sleep for the night because I was in Florida for one day. Surrounding area wasn’t bad but wasn’t amazing either, just ok. The problem came when it was time to leave a deposit for the room. I attached one of my credit cards for the deposit and their website and it went through. The lady told me it didn’t go through on her end and to just zelle her my deposit and she’ll Zelle me the money back then next day if there are no issues. I said fine. I zelle her my deposit and next day I check out and of course there’s no issues. I didn’t use anything, I just slept for the night. She told me everything was okay but then when it came time to zelle me back I got a run around. She told me I have to wait up to 10 days for the zelle which made no sense because it wasn’t a credit card and there’s nothing to process… Zelle is an instant payment platform so I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get my deposit back especially since you said it would be returned the next day if there wasn’t any incident. I’m not even sure if I will get my deposit back because the whole thing just felt shady. All in all it was a good area but because of this whole deposit debacle I can’t in good faith recommend this place.

You are asked to fill out a form before check-in and are required to provide your credit card information. They are trying to charge my card daily for $14.95 for no reason. The room never gets dark, the air conditioner is very noisy, and the bed sheets leave a lot of lint on clothes. If these things are fixed, ideal place to stay and close to the city. Parking is not a problem.

Everything about the bungalow was amazing. I never been to Florida and this was a nice experience for me for my first time... It was perfect size for me n my person… I was only staying there at night for sleep. The ac wasn’t the most powerful but it was better than no ac. Other than that. Everything was nice.

There were bugs all over the bed and the AC wasn’t working properly. The room in reality is smaller than the pictures, with old furniture. There was no blanket. We had to find another place at 2 am after taking a 12 hour flight. The host refused to refund us and pretended that they didn’t know about the issues. Stay away and find a better place!
