  • Hello there, long time Miami native with a New house on the block. 13 mins away from the airport. Nearby Main highways I-95 or the 112 Hwy 15 minutes to Miami Beach. Easy access road to Hard rock stadium. For football games and concerts. 10 mins away from popular areas such as wyndwood, Design District. Nearby metro rail which can take you directly to the airport and car rental place.

    10 mims away from a local Walmart
    House is newly built with impact windows. Xfinity security camera on property facing the front of house.

Nice Stay and Amazing Location!

The location was very convenient for us! The listing itself was very nice and the water purifier provided was a nice touch. Can't wait to stay again!

Cruise stop

The owner was very accommodating didn’t know what to do with our luggage before check-in and he was very helpful. Property was nice and close to what we wanted to do

Disappointed

We arrived at the property around 5pm. Check in was at 3pm. We entered in the door code provided by the host. We could hear the door unlock with the code but could tell the deadbolt inside was still locked from the inside. After trying multiple times someone came to the door I suppose it was the housekeeper. I told the lady who answered the door we had a reservation but was unable to communicate with her because she only spoke Spanish. After a several minutes of trying to figure out what was going on. She finally called the host who told me we were a day early for check in ( we were not). He finally checked his calendar and seen that we were in fact at the property the correct day. Due to this lack of knowledge from the host the property was not ready for us to check in! Mind you we checked in two hours after the check in time! The host told us to just “wait outside” well the cleaner finished cleaning the property. This is after our UBER driver had told us Murillo times that this was a bad area. We were very weary of waiting outside the property with our suitcases because of this! The host did not even apologize for the situation. After waiting outside for about 20 min the cleaner let us inside. We finally got settled in and once we went to use the shower later that evening it was dirty! I showered with my shoes on! Idk if the house keeper tried to rush because of the situation and didn’t properly clean because she was rushed but it was gross.Disappointed is an understatement

Our stay there was wonderful

I would recommend anyone to stay at this property. The host was acommendating and helpful. My friends and I enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful home. Very spacious, well appointed. Close to everything. Nice fenced back yard with large privacy fence. VERY CLEAN!!!. Property manager available. Highly recommend!!!!

Horrible Location

I gave the owners 3 days to respond to my message, no reply. This place is in the worst section of town. The street is pitch black. At the end of the street is an old market with boarded up windows, broken down walls. Was solicited by a woman who asked me if I wanted a date. People hanging out on the sidewalk. House is beautiful inside according to the website but didn't feel safe even parking my car in the driveway to go inside to look. Other houses have bars on the windows and fences with locked gates. We ended up staying at a hotel by the airport.

We stayed one night on our way to key west. Host was accommodating, easy to communicate with, and house was in good condition as described.

Comfortable and convenient

My friends and I stayed at this property for a girl's weekend getaway. The property was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive when I reached out and the check in process was easy. Beds were very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Comfortable stay

Misael's place was very accommodating and comfortable for my family's stay in Miami. The kitchen and laundry were fully stuffed and rooms were clean. The place is also accessibility friendly as I was with my 83 year old grandma. I'd recommend this place.

Miami

The house was fantastic. The owner left a lot of amenities for us to utilize (extra blankets, pillows, etc). I wish we had rented a car as there was nothing within walking distance as for as shopping was concerned. But all in all, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the Miami area.
