Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ For your safety, the home is equipped with a monitored carbon monoxide alarm integrated with our ADT security system. In the event of a carbon monoxide emergency, the system is professionally monitored and can automatically alert emergency services.

Spend your days relaxing by the private pool or exploring nearby shopping, beaches, sporting events, and entertainment. With major highways just minutes away, you'll have convenient access to Miami Beach, Aventura, Downtown Miami, and Fort Lauderdale.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
