✹ GENERAL: The home is exclusively yours except for the locked storage closets—no interruption during your stay. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs.

✹ PARKING: Guest is only permitted in the driveway, garage, or designated street parking areas. Vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking inside the backyard or grassy areas. Unauthorized backyard parking may result in a $500 violation fee due to property damage and city compliance regulations.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

✹ POOL FENCE: Do not remove the pool safety fence. It is required by Florida safety regulations. If the fence is removed, a $50 fee plus the full cost of reinstallation will be charged.

Located in a safe and desirable neighborhood, our home is just a short drive from the beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment options of Homestead and the surrounding area. The home features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The house is also just a short drive from the Homestead Bayfront Park Beach and is located between downtown Miami and the Florida Keys!

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Before check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ POOL/SPA: There is a safety gate around the whole pool. Electric heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity. Jacuzzi heats are complimentary from 7 pm-10 pm; these times can be adjusted earlier for your preference.

✹ Please no trash or pool floaties with glitter. Leftover trash or glitter found in the pool will lead to a $100 charge for emergency filter cleaning. Please do not put small items in the pool as they can be caught inside the suction hose and you will be liable for damages to pool equipment.

✹ No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

✹ No outdoor music after 10 pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 9 pm-7 am. The property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass are allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ Only guest on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior consent is given by the host. The occupancy price is for 6. Guests over 6 are charged $25/day. This includes daytime visitors and any visitors on the property, up to 12 guests.

✹ Rental Agreement Required: All guests are required to review and sign the rental agreement prior to check-in. Please read the agreement carefully, as it contains important house rules, policies, and the security deposit amount and terms. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the agreement.

✹ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit held to cover any accidental damage or missing items during your stay. It will be returned after checkout if there are no damages or missing items.

✹ PROPANE: A propane tank for the BBQ grill is provided, please refill it at your discretion.

✹ Cameras: Located in front, back, and both side entrances of the home for your security. This is used to monitor when the house is vacant.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it's typically a quiet environment, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.
