Perfect Condo

We are so pleased we chose this Condo for our short stay visiting Miami. Check in was easy. Hosts were very accommodating. Great communication with us during our stay. Very clean. Great views. Perfect for what we were looking for.

False advertising

I booked it for the spa and view and the spa was closed, the employees of the building were rude with ridiculous rules. The pass to the parking garage didnt work at first so they had to fix it.The outlets were lose and most of them didnt work. Not the experience i would of expected for the price. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

Great studio in Brickell!

Pro’s: -Easy and smooth check-in process -Host is easy to reach and communicates well -Great and walkable location. Close to airport, great restaurants, Whole Foods. -Pictures are updated and good description of unit -Access to W Amenities -Closet is massive with a good safe and extra blankets and towels -Lots of light in the unit Cons: -Balcony door hard to open and close. One time wouldn’t open at all, but I reached out to host and they sent someone immediately to open it and fix it. -A lot of the outlets in the studio don’t work or work sparingly -One of the bedside lamps wouldn't turn on -Toilet is very old and finnicky. Make sure to hold down long time for a full flush and only can handle a small amount of toilet paper for each flush. -Construction of hotel across the street and car noise can be an issue -Upstairs neighbors make a lot of noise. Whether it’s walking around in high heels or opening and closing their balcony between 12-6am. -Elevators are slow and crowded if staying during holiday time. -Building is old as is the unit so just set your expectation that nothing is really modern and updated. But overall the unit is clean and easy to stay at.

Prefect For Our Needs

This unit served us well. The location is centrally located with plenty to do within walking distance. South Beach, Little Havana, Wynwood are all just a quick Uber away. The pool area, spa and fitness classes (all included) were beyond expectations. The unit is exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was simple and the crew managing the unit are very responsive.

I like the design and view of Miami. Although i was expecting an ocean view from the expedia promotional material. You should show the view from the opposite side of the tower and be honest. I also own a short-term rental and wouldn't ever show my travelers a view from my unit that is untruthful

Such a great experience

Everything about my stay was excellent. Maria was a great person to check in with and was so sweet and responsive. Great location, close to everything, and beautiful building with an amazing pool. Unit itself was very clean and perfect for 1-2 people. Well stocked with silverware, plates, towels etc. Will definitely try and stay here again

Great Location and Clean Space

Condo was very clean, the owners were very responsive to any issues that came up (clogged drain) which was appreciated, condo was in a great part of Brickell with walking distance to many cools bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful!

Beautiful city and located in the heart of shopping, dining and arts and entertainment. Would highly recommend. This was a solo trip for me, but my friends and I have already discussed visiting in the future. Brickell is gorgeous and has become a new fave of mine. The skyline and views from the balcony are unmatched. Impressive details in the unit, fully stocked kitchen with every gadget one would need to cook. Top of the line in every single detail. Check in was a breeze as well. Will be back!

Almost everything ok.

The studio was really enjoyable and I will come back next year. The location is the best because that’s Brickell to me. We were unlucky in the dates because the pool was closed and in addition to that the access to the Gym was very complicated. But that is not responsible of the Manager and Natalia did a good job in this case. Only two minimal observations and the rest a 100%. Thank for all
