The elevator didn’t work for 4 days.It was very noisy specially early morning as the apartment located above the parking lot. There is no fully sea view as described!

Paradise

We had an amazing time, great location on the second floor so no need to wait for elevator. We couldn't be any closer to the beach. Pool top an the 9th floor was awesome. Restaurant and buffet was out of this world. We would definitely come back.

In summary, my wife and I went on our honeymoon and booked a property that seemed clean and pleasant from the listing. However, upon arrival, the door handle fell off immediately. We then noticed dust on the wall above the bed, and when we inspected the bed, we saw that all the bedding, including blankets, covers, pillows, and the bedspread, was dirty. Additionally, one of the lamps was broken, the switch having been completely torn off, and a handle was missing from the curtains in the living room. The dishes were also dirty. I contacted the host to report these issues, and their solution was to have us sleep on the couch in the living room, which was stained and filthy, and assured us that a cleaning crew would come the next day. When the cleaners arrived, they only spoke Spanish, so I had to use Google Translate to communicate. Despite my efforts, all they did was change the bed covers, leaving the dust on the wall for my wife and me to clean ourselves, and none of the other problems were addressed. We received no compensation for these issues, and after eight days of going back and forth with the host, they insisted that the cleaning crew had resolved all the problems and refused to offer any reimbursement.

Relaxation

This apartment was just an overall comfort zone . Plenty of space to feel not crowded. The bed was comfortable and pretty big. I’m glad I chose this one and I definitely will be coming back . Thanks to the whole team that’s over this unit. Love it.

April Hollywood Trip

The unit and location are great. We had some surprises though. We hit the pool on the 9th floor the first day. We dropped our towels on some recliners and started to enjoy our stay. Ten minutes later staff told us the recliners were for 'Owners'. At a minimum, I wish they would have told us this before we sat down and unloaded. On our first beach day we discovered that our chairs and umbrellas were about 100 yards north of the property. Not a big deal but a surprise. One evening we ate in the Italian restaurant on the 9th floor. We sat inside and were there for happy hour. A happy hour sheet was on the table. We ordered some items but were told we could not have those 'inside' the restaurant. We were told we would have to go outside to the bar. Surprise! The check in process was confusing. We went to the hotel side and then we were told to go to the 'Owners' side. Surprise!

Great View and Amazing Staff!!

The room had a great view! Was very clean and the layout was great. We were on second floor easy access to beach. There was only one elevator which we seen backed up a lot but with being on second floor we just took stairs. Staff were very friendly! Overall was a great experience and will definitely book in the future!

Quick getaway

Property is nice and good access to the beach. Pool area is lovely but they shut down both pools a few days while we were there due to inspection issues. They happened to be the nicest days weather wise so that was very disappointing. The elevators were extremely slow and many guests complained the whole time we were there but there’s not much they can do to change that? Good food at the restaurant on premises but very pricey.

Loved the room, balcony, beach

The only thing we didn't understand was why there was only one elevator to our unit. It really backed up time to get to our room. Also, it would have been helpful to know which desk we needed to go to for check in.

Loved it

The building, unit and location were awesome. The 9th floor has workout areas, a spa for pedicures, pools, a hot tub, outdoor bar and a restaurant. Read the full ad as there are additional daily fees that are not displayed in the price you will have to pay.
