Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort - a luxury full service property located in Sunny Isles Beach. Unit has two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus an additional queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room and an additional full bathroom. Kitchen is full sized fully equipped with pots, pans, oven and fridge/freezer as well as a clothing washer and dryer. Unit has two balconies overseeing the ocean. There is a daily $35 resort fee and $35 valet parking should you have a vehicle.

Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay.
