Absolutely without a doubt the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Not one surface in this place is clean. The beds are riddled with bed bugs. The walls have a land lord special paint job. The molding on the walls is chipped and broken. The blankets had dead bugs and dirt throughout. The fitted sheet on the bed was ripped. The back board for the bed had stains all over it. When my wife went to use the bath towel she noticed staining all over it. The other towel had similar stains. We ended up using shirts from our luggage to dry ourselves. The hotel is in an AWFUL area where everything is boarded up, covered in graffiti and has barbwire fencing. Even our uber driver was afraid to leave us here. STAY AWAY. The fact we paid so much for a single night in this place is absurd. I’m glad it was only the night. Stay in a cardboard box under the highway, it will absolutely be nicer.

Property was in a terrible area, pictures were conveniently taken to hide the neighborhood that it was in. Inside the property it was unclean and reeked of cigarette smoke, fire alarm was ripped out of the ceiling as well. I did not stay for the night I demanded a refund and had to find somewhere else to stay, which messed up my plans for the entire day. Do not book here.

First, the property owners provided the incorrect address. Then, they provided a door code but the touch pad to enter the code did not work and we were not able to enter the property. We ended up being on the phone with Expedia for 3 hours trying to resolve this situation but they were unable to successfully get this resolved with the property owners so Expedia finally agreed to refund us for the charge since we were unable to access the property.

They are not available after 3pm and check in is after 3:30pm. The main gate to get into the property doesn’t work and they didn’t communicate that before I checked-in and I didn’t know of any other way to get into property until after I had to contact them directly on what’s app and wait in the street for like 30 minutes before they got back to me since I could not check in. Imagine if I checked in late night? I would’ve been stuck outside all night. They said they would fix the gate the next morning but never did. I stayed a total of 4 nights, first night was ok and didn’t notice anything wrong, but after 2nd and 3rd nights I started noticing these swollen itchy bites all over my body. By the 4th night my arms, neck and face were covered. What I thought were mosquito bites at first turned out to be bed bug bites. They have bed bugs!! Please don’t stay here or check the beds and towels before you do. I didn’t get to use the pool but it did look nice.

The entire operation needs an overhaul....here's my experience. 1. The front gate didnt open with the lock code given....so i was left out in the rain. 2. It took over an hour for someone to answer the phone with instructions to get to my apt door. 3. When i was finally able to get to my apt door...that also didnt open with the lock code given (apparently none is working so giving a code MAKES NO SENSE) 4. The living room was bare - not even a couch to sit on 5. The TV remote controls (2 for 3 TVs) had no backs - i reported that immediately so as not to be held accountable for damages or loss. 6. Towels were old, thin & worn out. It is by far 1 of the worst experiences ive ever had at an apartment. However on the brighter, the place was clean & is ideally located. Should the issues mentioned be sorted out, i have no doubt the place will b great!!

there is no staff, no living room furniture, no patio Furniture, spoons but no forks, no door handle at entry. I hear people jumping fence to get in. I used a a wrench for my tool bag to turn knob open. it took over an hour to get codes to get in. Lady tried to be helpful but it took a long time. why was it not sent to me earlier?

Everything was pretty dirty and outdated. Awful spring mattress and very thin pillows with stains on the cover. If you’re looking for a quick cheap-ish place to crash for a night it’s fine
