“Our group of seven had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It is a lovely quiet area, but close to the downtown area of Warren. We were in VT for our daughter's graduation from Middlebury College, about a 45 minute drive away, which was perfect for us. It allowed us to avoid the hustle and bustle of the graduation crowds, but allowed us easy access to all campus activities. We would definitely stay again!”

“We were 8 people coming to VT to watch our girls play lacrosse at Middlebury. The house is as pictured and perfect for large groups. We really had a great time, it was spacious and perfect for hanging out with a large group. We wished the weather was better so we could use the fire pit. The owner of the property was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We would all definitely stay here again and recommend a stay at this house. “The property was nicely decorated and very clean. Also nicely located on the water. The owners communicated well and seemed friendly in their messages. Two things would make the property better - bug screens on more windows so they can be left open and light blocking blinds in one of the bedrooms. Main issue is the unfortunate fact the train track is close and I woke up twice from trains passing in the middle of the night.”

“This house is very rundown. The house was very musty and smelled. Some windows would not shut/lock. The kitchen drawers wouldn’t open unless you lifted up on the Formica counter top. The place is listed as traditional Farmhouse, however we have a family 150 yr old farmhouse and this is not what I consider to be that. It is directly on a busy road and with the house not secure we couldn’t leave our belongings when we left.”

“The fact that 1 dog was welcome is the primary reason I chose this location. Another reason was the proximity to an event I was attending.The location is in a very undeveloped area, but the camp is fairly close to a road as the bird flies, high above and visually removed from it. Noise from the road was not any problem, and good roads nearby was a plus.The owner has a house on the road into the camp, well separated from camp.
