Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. Upon arriving 6 hours later than expected due to a delayed flight, I walked into the apartment to find it smelled horrible. “I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery.
