“We've stayed three times in this neighborhood and this has been our favorite property so far. Kevin and Fran have made lots of updates. “I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...
