“Room was clean and with good heating, enough clothe hangers and shelves to put bags and things on. Kitchen was basic but not enough cutlery to share with other guests. Would be good to have hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet/bathroom. Otherwise very convenient location for entry into the Lake Pedder/Gordon area and close to Mt Field National Park.”

“Staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious with a lovely big king bed & an awesome shower. Unfortunately the hallway/walkway to access the room from reception/restaurant was noisy underfoot (creaking), so you could hear other guests coming & going. Had a beautiful dinner & a great breakfast.”

“Room was excellent with a view over the lake. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. Situation on the edge of Lake Pedder superb. Food on dinner menu was somewhat limited but items we chose were delicious.”

“Nice cosy little cabin accommodation with ensuite bathroom. Quiet room, reasonable sleep. Electric blankets were required to be used, but unfortunately one of the side (mine!) of the double electric blanket wasn't functioning. Normally we would have reported that to the proprietors but we were aware that the Hotel had closed for the night a few hours earlier and staff gone, so we put up with it. Overall a comfortable stay for 1 night.”
