They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. ”
