“The property is in a very nice historical district. The duplex is old so old original features are to be expected. It was decorated nicely and was comfortable. Water for showering was not hot and water pressure was weak in the shower. Kitchen water got hot quickly and there was good water pressure in there. Overall our stay was great (except showering) and we enjoyed the property and neighborhood. ”

“This home is very nicely decorated, has a well equipped kitchen and a large (for Memphis) backyard with a swing, fire pit and screened gazebo/table. Plenty of room for kids and pets to play and for adults to chill. ”
